If you would like to purchase this motorhome and remain as a resident in the park, your rental application must be approved with the leasing office. Current rent foro8 the spot is $700/month plus utilities.
If you would like to just purchase a motorhome and not continue renting in the park, you would need to haul it away yourself.

A few leaks throughout the home/ moisture problem when raining
Refrigerator needs some repair, it works but it has a small leak
